We offer a 50-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that some oversized items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Retrospec bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and step-by-step video guides.
How long does shipping take for large equipment?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like electric bikes or hard-shell kayaks, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. Most frames and components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while inflatable products typically carry a 2-year warranty.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
